Dr. Brittney Penberthy is a board-certified endodontist at Northwest Endodontics in both Coeur D’Alene, ID and Sandpoint, ID.
Brittney grew up in Post Falls, ID. She attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Creighton Dental School in Omaha, NE. She then completed an AEGD residency through Lutheran Medical Center in Billings, MT. Upon completion of her AEGD residency, she began her endodontic residency at Texas A&M Dental School in Dallas, TX, graduating in 2016. Brittney then returned to Post Falls, ID with her husband.
Dr. Brittney Penberthy is an endodontist specialist with extensive training in root canals, root canal surgeries and Cone Beam CT Scan reading and diagnosis. Brittney is board certified with the American Board of Endodontists. Brittney is the first and only female board-certified endodontist in the state of Idaho.
Every year Brittney attends countless continuing education courses. She has a passion for helping her patients as a complete person, not just a tooth. Some of the courses she has taken great pleasure in learning include micro and macro nutrients, airway and sleep apnea treatments, pathology and when to biopsy, mental health awareness and so many more.
Brittney has 2 young children with her husband Drew. They love spending the summers at Coeur D’alene Lake and skiing in the winter months at Lookout Pass, ID.
